Three deeds recorded in New Braintree in past month, only one sale price disclosed
Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show three property transfers in New Braintree between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5. Only one sale disclosed a price: $576,000, for a property sold Aug. 31 by Brandon Travaglini and Alianna Provencal to Winter Hill Bank FSB. The other two sales, at 1026 Worcester Rd. and 435 Padre Rd., did not disclose consideration amounts. With just one priced transaction among three recorded deeds, and no bed, bath or square-footage data available, the dataset does not support a broader read on market conditions this period.
