New Braintree Select Board unanimously approved rental and lease agreements for the elementary school and parking lot with JP McCarthy & Sons LLC on June 22. The board also voted unanimously to transfer $7,700 from Highway Payroll to Highway Road Materials, allocating $5,700 for road line striping and $2,000 for gravel. Board members Dennis Letendre and Joseph Chenevert moved and seconded the motions.
Jacob Gorham of ANEVRY presented a managed IT services proposal offering 24/7 support with a 30-minute response guarantee at $550 monthly; the board took it under advisement. A discussion with Electrical Inspector Donald Manseau on a proposed fee increase was tabled due to his absence.
