Four properties change hands in New Braintree as deed prices go unreported
Four properties in New Braintree changed ownership between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds filings, but none of the four transactions disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median can be reported. The transfers were recorded on Worcester Road (Sept. 10), Rutherford Road (Sept. 8), Padre Road (Aug. 21) and an unspecified New Braintree address (Sept. 11), with no street seeing more than one sale. North Brookfield Savings Bank is listed as a seller alongside an individual on two of the four deeds. With price data absent from every filing this period, the raw count of four transfers is the only measure available to gauge activity.
